YOUR INFORMATION

Website privacy notice

Effective October 14, 2026

This notice explains how NexGen Marketing LLC uses information through this website, its business AI advisor, guided audit and consultation booking form. Contact Keric Davis at kericdavis@nexgenmarketingllc.com or 208-697-6996 with privacy questions or requests.

Information you choose to provide

The guided audit collects your business profile, answers, transcript, name, email address, optional phone number, and appointment preferences. The booking form collects your name, business name, email address, optional phone number, discussion topic, selected time and consent. Submitted records can also include a booking reference, calendar invitation details and NexGen’s follow-up notes.

Please leave out passwords, payment information, government identifiers, private customer records and other sensitive information. Approximate business details are enough for an initial assessment.

AI advisor conversations

When you send a message to the live AI advisor, the conversation context is sent to OpenAI to generate a reply. AI-assisted steps in the guided audit may also send the relevant conversation context to OpenAI. You can use the guided questions when live AI is unavailable.

The standalone advisor chat does not automatically create a lead or save a transcript in NexGen’s audit CRM. Its current conversation is kept in the open page. That does not mean that no information is processed or retained by the AI or hosting provider. NexGen requests AI responses with application response storage disabled; provider security and operational retention can still apply. Read OpenAI’s API data controls for its processing and retention details.

Submitted audits and bookings

When you consent and submit a guided audit or booking, NexGen saves the submitted information in its website database to review your needs, arrange a consultation and follow up. The complete guided-audit transcript is included in that submission. NexGen can view these records through its passcode-protected owner dashboard.

When email notifications are connected, Resend processes a transcript notification to NexGen’s business email address. Booking a video call uses Google Calendar and Google Meet to create an invitation and meeting link. Your contact and appointment details are shared with Google for that purpose. Availability requests expose open or occupied time intervals to visitors, not event titles or attendee details.

Website operation and service providers

The website uses hosting and database infrastructure provided through ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare, OpenAI for AI replies, Resend for notification delivery, and Google for calendar, meeting and business-email services. Providers receive the information needed for their role and may process technical request information under their own service terms and privacy practices. Public pages also load typefaces from Google Fonts, which can involve requests to Google.

The application uses a short-lived hash derived from request IP information and time windows to limit abusive requests. Hosting providers may also maintain operational or security logs. The website application currently has no advertising pixels, marketing analytics scripts or visitor advertising-cookie features configured. Essential provider cookies or technical processing may still apply.

External dashboard demos, external links and services you open can have their own data practices. A sample-data label describes the demonstration figures; it does not describe the external host’s technical logging.

Retention and requests

Submitted audit and booking records currently remain in NexGen’s database unless removed; the application does not yet apply an automatic deletion schedule. Copies in email, calendar systems, hosting infrastructure or provider logs can have separate retention rules.

You may ask Keric about access, correction or deletion of information you submitted, or ask NexGen to stop following up. Include enough information to identify your inquiry, such as the email address used or booking reference. NexGen may need to verify the request and check any separate provider copies or applicable recordkeeping requirements. Do not send sensitive identity documents in an initial request.

Your choices

You can browse public examples without submitting an audit, use the phone or email links instead of the AI advisor, and leave optional phone fields blank. Consent to send an audit or book a consultation concerns that inquiry and related follow-up; it is not an automatic newsletter or advertising subscription. Avoid entering information you do not want processed by these services.

Updates

This page will be updated when the website’s described practices change. Check the effective date above for the current notice.
